Job Purpose:

Johns Hopkins College is seeking to appoint a Business Lecturer with HE experience who should provide Academic support to our students. You should also achieve targets set, be capable of engaging learners towards a successful completion of the course as well as supporting students with their progression to learn. The role will require you to sustain change management and liaise with the Programme Manager and Associate Dean.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. All aspects of planning, delivering and assessing student work, ensuring that all learning outcomes are met.

2. To actively be involved in staff development activities and peer observations.

3. Develop, update and improve course materials as appropriate.

4. The ideal candidate will have the responsibility for strengthening student performance, growth in undergraduate offers, staff development and maintenance of workplace culture and good practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
