Customer Service Advisor Apprenticeship

This role is based at our Nottingham Dealership: 375-381 Mansfield Rd, Carrington, Nottingham NG5 2DA

We're looking for a highly motivated candidate to become a qualified Service Advisor and develop a long-term career with an ambitious brand.

The Role of a Vehicle Service Advisor:

As a Vehicle Service Advisor, you will develop the ability to interpret customer and business needs using technology and resources to deliver first-class customer service. The role of a Service Advisor typically involves:

• Interpreting customer concerns and liaising with technicians
• Booking vehicle services
• Using appropriate technology to meet the customer's needs
• Liaising with customers about any additional work required
• Handling customer requests and complaints
• Estimating time and costs of repairs
• Tracking the vehicle through the workshop

Working Week

A typical working week could be 40 hours Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm. However, each of our Dealers will have different requirements.

All learners will be required to work the minimum apprenticeship duration of 30 hours per week. At least 20% of your working hours will be allocated to ‘off-the-job' training. You will learn more about the working hours during the recruitment process.

Your Development and Future Prospects

We will support you to gain your Functional Skills, Core Skills in Scotland, if you require them in Maths and English.

Block training is complemented by a combination of regular coaching visits from one of our experienced Coaches as well as Virtual Classroom sessions and E-Learning modules.

Your development is supported through your Stellantis Apprenticeship journey, with your learning focused towards achieving a qualification recognised across the motor industry. This will provide the foundation to develop your career, as there are lots of opportunities within our expanding Dealer Network to progress and move into new roles once you're qualified.

Qualification: Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner

Salary:Under 18 £15,000 p/aOver 18 £18,000 p/a

Entry requirements

Age: 16+

Qualifications: GCSE (or equivalent) Level 4 plus in Maths and English

Predicted grades are accepted

Equivalent grades include:

• BTEC first diplomas and certificates
• OCR Nationals
• Key Skills Level 2
• NVQs
• Essential Skills (Wales)
• Functional Skills Level 2
• Core Skills (Scotland)

In Scotland, applicants must have or be predicted to achieve National 4 or above in English and Maths and either a Science or Technical subject. Standard Grades 1-4 and Intermediates are also accepted.
