An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to support the REACHE Team, providing administrative and general office support.

We are looking for candidates who are conscientious, highly motivated, friendly and are able to work as part of the team.

As a tutor administrator you will be working closely with English and clinical tutors to provide effective, confident and efficient administration service. You will need excellent communication and organisational skills, along with the ability to build relationships.

Main duties of the job

To be the first point of contact for telephone, emails and face to face enquiries.

To provide administrative duties to REACHE tutors and support members with their queries.

To be punctual and flexible to cover absences and events.

Qualifications

Essential criteria

  • 5 GCSE (English / Maths) or equivalent
  • Business Administration e.g. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience

Desirable criteria

  • ECDL Qualification or equivalent

Experience

Essential criteria

  • Extensive administration / clerical duties or customer service experience
  • Significant data entry experience
  • Experience of using Microsoft packages (Excel, word, Outlook and Teams) and Zoom

Desirable criteria

  • Experience of working with vulnerable individuals
  • Knowledge of REACHE and how the role fits within
