Job Responsibility:

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in computerized systems, possess strong clerical skills, and have experience or basic knowledge with Excel.

Language Required:

  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written Chinese and English.
  • Fluent in Cantonese preferred.

Duties:

- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, mailing, and filing- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy- Utilize Excel for basic bookkeeping tasks- Enter data into spreadsheets and maintain electronic files- Assist in organizing office operations and procedures

Experience/Skills:

- Competency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask- Excellent data entry skills- Knowledge of administrative procedures- Previous work experience in a customer-facing.- Well rounded accounts experiences and aptitude for numbers.- Accuracy and attention to detail.- Ability to be organised, think on feet and problem solve.
