Servicing end clients across the country, we are now recruiting top level individuals to join our highly productive team.
We only hire highly experienced Clerks and Property Managers to ensure the reports we produce are industry leading. We ensure clients always have continuity in the layout and detail. Our main objective is to provide the highest quality customer service and experience for the client and therefore we are seeking a candidate who will share this vision.
Prospective candidates need to hold the following characteristics:
- Must have minimum 2 years' experience as an Inventory Clerk or Property Manager.
- A career-driven individual who aspires to a full-time role with potential to grow and progress within the company.
- Hard-working and organised.
- Able to demonstrate examples of expert customer service skills.
- Display a large degree of common sense and attention to detail.
- Conduct themselves in a professional and presentable way at all times.
- Have access to car or motorbike for transport.

We are seeking long term, career-driven individuals to join the team and are therefore offering the most competitive rates in the industry. We offer both PAYE or self-employed packages. Our top earners range in excess of 35-40k per annum.
Your role as an Inventory Clerk will involve travelling to attend properties to report on the condition through taking photographs and creating accurate check in/check out reports. The role will also require you to meet with tenants to collect or handover keys and show them around the property.
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: £12.50-£16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
