Excellent opportunity for an aspiring Legal administrator with great IT skills to work in a Law Firm. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Business Administration Apprentice.

*IMMEDIATE START*

You will be providing secretarial, administrative support and IT Support to all the team. Being well organised, having excellent telephone skills, hardworking and commitment to meet deadlines is essential for the role.

Your main duties will be to take new client instructions, setup new cases, call clients therefore previous experience in a call centre or experience with face to face clients is essential.

In addition you will be trained and excepted to learn the IT system (LEAP) to a high standard in order to provide support to other staff members. A understanding of IT hardware will also be required as your role will include setting up workstations as and when required. It is essential you have a good understanding of Microsoft packages and can setup basic IT hardware.

Duties will include:

Coordinating team excels, maintaining and updating excels, typing documents letters, dealing with clients, setting up compute hardware, taking telephone calls and providing general Admin support.

The Ideal Candidate must possess the following Skills and Knowledge :

  • Excellent IT skills with ability
  • Excellent communication skills on phone
  • Must be confident and convincing on the phone
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Very efficient with maintaining and managing Excel
  • Accurate and good speed with word-processing.
  • Highly motivated and someone who looks to get jobs done using initiative

The role will be a Mon-Thurs role, the salary will be calculated on Pro Rata Basis.
