Job Responsibility:
We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team. The Support Worker will assist Children and Young adults with various needs, providing essential care and support in a compassionate manner.
Requirements ( MUST HAVE )
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent- Recent Experience or at least 5 Years working WITH CHILDREN in home care, care homes or school settings- Ability to follow care plans and adapt to individual needs- Excellent communication skills in English- Valid driver's license and a car
Duties:- Implement care plans and provide support to individuals in need- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation- Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and healthcare professionals- Maintain a safe and clean environment for the individuals under care- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals- Keep accurate records of care provided

Pay: £12.80 per hour
Expected hours: 11 - 44 per week
