Job Responsibility:

Due to a recent expansion we have an opportunity become available to join our direct sales team.

This is an exciting opportunity for either an experienced sales professional looking for their next challenge or an enthusiastic trainee, looking to break into the rewarding sales industry.

We supply/fit high quality resin-bound driveways, and associated products. We are based in Ripley, Derbyshire but cover the entire Midlands domestic marketplace.

The successful applicant will be ambitious, self motivated & professional. You would be required to travel a reasonable distance to see potential customers (so a Full UK driving licence & transport is essential) & work semi antisocial hours (including evenings & Saturdays). In return they will receive plenty of pre-qualified appointments, as much support & training as they require, a friendly working environment with a company who values & respects them, and a fantastic pay deal made up of a basic wage of £15,000 PA on top of a generous commission structure based on sales.

We would expect a new starter to realistically achieve an on target wage of around £35-38k and then increase their income as they gain experience & develop into the role. Our top performers are currently achieving over £75k as well as winning plenty of incentives & competitions along the way!!
