Job Responsibility:

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for early childhood education- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow- Plan and conduct engaging activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment- Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and observations- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's development

Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field- Previous experience working with young children in a classroom setting- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment- Patience, flexibility, and a passion for working with children
