Complex Needs Worker (This is a remote position, supporting our teams in Midlands, Yorkshire, The Northwest and London - travelling is essential.)

If so, we're looking for two passionate Complex Needs Workers to join our inclusive team!

We are a national social justice charity with more than 50 years' experience of changing lives, building stronger communities, and reducing crime.

In this impactful role, you'll be a champion for our service users, ensuring they receive the best possible support in a welcoming and inclusive environment. You'll wear many hats - advisor, collaborator, coach, trainer, and advocate - all with the goal of helping our housing teams deliver exceptional care that celebrates diversity.

Here's what you'll do:

Empower staff: Provide guidance and case reviews, helping teams navigate complex situations and achieve positive outcomes for service users, fostering an understanding of diverse needs.

Become a knowledge hub: Build capacity within the teams by delivering training and coaching, ensuring staff have the skills to support individuals with substance misuse, mental health needs, and dual diagnosis.

Champion collaboration: Work with teams to identify and engage external agencies, fostering a multi-agency approach to complex cases, ensuring access to support services that reflect the needs of a diverse population.

Advocate for service users: Ensure risk assessments and support plans are tailored to support individual needs, celebrating their unique identities.

Be a driving force for improvement: Analyze data, identify training gaps, and make recommendations to continuously improve our service delivery.

To be successful, you'll bring:

ü An understanding of complex needs, including homelessness, substance misuse, mental health, and dual diagnosis.

ü Excellent communication skills - you can easily work alongside people and can clearly explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
