About Our Opportunity

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient administration of our Operational teams and Specialist Team contracts to meet the diverse needs of our clients. You will work closely with the clinical and operational teams to maintain or implement agreed processes, maximising productivity and efficiency by undertaking monitoring and audit activities, reporting your findings, directly influencing positive change, supporting your colleagues to achieve performance targets are met, and having a direct influence on areas for improvement.

What we need from you

You must have had at least 1 years experience working in a corporate / office administration role, with considerable exposure to working across multiple systems whilst managing competing priorities on a daily basis. You must be able to demonstrate how you maintain your focus on detail, be competent to deliver an outstanding service to internal and external stakeholders and support our operational teams with their priorities. This will be a very challenging, but rewarding opportunity to help support a diverse range of clients to get the best from Onebright services.
