Job Responsibility:

The Role:

Reporting to the Head of People Ops, we are seeking a talented People & Talent Partner to support our team at Bluecube - An Ekco Company. This role will be based in our Milton Keynes Head office full time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate will have a true passion for HR / People / Talent Operations with at least 5+ years HR experience preferably within high-growth IT environments.
  • You have excellent people skills, be approachable and friendly, with an ability to connect and work amicably with colleagues across all departments.
  • You will support the Bluecube Cyber team with end to end recruitment and onboarding.
  • You are experienced in using Talent attraction and engagement strategies to source and retain talented team members while also supporting the growth of our employer brand in creative and unique ways
  • You will use local employment legislative knowledge and experience to support colleagues and managers alike with day to day HR support
  • You know how to avail of HR data analytics and HRIS to support our managers and team members across our group
  • You have an excellent eye for detail, and can create strong documentation and relevant policies for use across the group
  • You will play an important part in delivery of our ambitious group People Plan. This will involve generalist HR activities as well as key projects in areas such as:
    • Learning & Development,
    • Wellbeing & Engagement
    • Talent Management
    • Reward Management
    • Compensation & Benefits
    • Data protection / GDPR etc

Key Requirements:

  • Previous Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated experience in handling sensitive information securely and confidentially
  • Experience working within an International team
  • Strong knowledge of UK Labour Laws
  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple work streams at once
  • Experience in HR data analytics preferable (but not essential) as well as HRIS (HiBob / BambooHR / TeamTailor etc)
  • Experience with payroll process (non-essential)

Salary / package

  • £50,000 - £60,000 per annum dependant on experience
