This is an exciting opportunity to join our Finance team based at our HQ in Notting Hill, London. We operate a flexible hybrid working policy, where employees work 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.

The Accounts Receivable Assistant will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the financial department within our Build to Rent portfolio. This position will be responsible for managing and processing accounts receivable, reconciling bank statements, and providing general administrative support.

If you're ready to be our next Native, you'll probably

· Have experience of Processing and record incoming payments, including rent, service charges, and other adhoc fees.

· Have experience of reconciling bank statements to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.

· Have excellent written and spoken English skills.

· Possess exceptional IT skills including MS Word, Excel & Outlook (training will be provided for our internal database system)

· Have excellent relationship building skills, both internally with your colleagues and externally dealing with residents directly.

· Be an efficient and organised individual with excellent communication skills and has a sensitive, professional and well-mannered nature.

· Be able to work exceptionally well within a team dynamic and contributes to an established open culture.

· Have the ability to follow company policies and procedures
