Job Responsibility:
Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service as first point of contact- Take orders over the phone or face to face, ensuring orders are taken correctly- Communicate with customers effectively ensuring correct collection orders are given- First point of contact for dine in customers - ensure 1st stage for dining in customers are forfilled- Record Delivery Amounts- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic tasks
- Replenish and restocking
-Basic cleaning duties
Skills:- Excellent math skills: Ability to perform simple calculations- Upselling: Ability to identify opportunities to promote additional products or services to customers- Excellent communication skills: Clear and concise verbal and written communication abilities- Phone etiquette: Polite and professional phone manner when interacting with customers or clients- Organizational skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge: knowledge of caribbean food is a bonus but not compulsory
