We're looking for an enthusiastic apprentice who is keen to enhance their business administration skills through study, and to put those skills into practice within the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion team. The Equality, Diversity and Inclusion team sits within the People Team (Human Resources) at Tate Galleries, working across all our locations. Our team focuses on supporting all workforces at Tate to thrive. We are also working to ensure that Tate better reflects the cities and regions that we operate in across the organisation. The role will lead activities that are bold in telling more stories, building confidence, and advancing capability around EDI themes. You will support us with day-to-day activities, administration, and planning communication, events, and projects. As an apprentice, 20% of your total time will be dedicated to completing training (formal classroom learning, independent learning, written assignments and assessments), delivered by a third-party apprenticeship training provider. Your organisational skills will help you plan and prioritise to balance work with study. You will genuinely enjoy working with people and be able to work both collaboratively and independently, and your good interpersonal skills will mean that you can communicate effectively and diplomatically with a wide range of individuals and teams at Tate. You have good writing skills and pay attention to detail; you will want to develop your written and verbal communication skills still further. You will understand the importance of inclusion, accessibility, and wellbeing at work and you will be motivated by our aim to make Tate the best possible place to work. To be eligible for an apprenticeship, you should either be early in you career, looking to upskill in your current job, or looking for a career-change. You should not be in full-time education and you should not already have significant experience or education in the apprentice subject (Business Administration).
