Job title: PA to Assistant Principals Status: Permanent, full time, 37 hours per week
Salary: A25 - A27 (£25,268 - £26,278) per annum Reaseheath College are looking for a highly organised and experienced Personal Assistant to join their Executive support team. The successful individual will be required to deliver a professional and high-quality personal administration service to two Assistant Principals at the College. This will include full diary management and travel arrangements, servicing meetings, project support, event organisation and management, and general administrative tasks. The desired candidate will have substantial experience of working in either education or a corporate environment providing a PA/support service to senior managers. They will be highly organised with the ability to forge great working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Minimum GCSE Maths and English Grade C/4 or equivalent, and excellent IT skills are essential. What we're looking for:
- Substantial experience of providing a PA/support service to managers
- Ability to plan and organise a high-volume workload, working to minimum supervision and tight deadlines.
- High level of confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Excellent customer service skills demonstrating common sense, diplomacy, tact and discretion when required.
- High level of corporate awareness
- Excellent on the telephone, able to deal with complaints or difficult situations
- Ability to work as a team to support the wider Executive management team
- Ability to work flexibly, including some evenings or weekends if required (although very infrequently).
Please note this role constitutes ‘regulated activity' as defined by the Protection of Freedom Act 2012. The successful candidate will therefore be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check with barred list information prior to starting employment. You must have the right to work in the UK and will be required to provide evidence to support this.
