Job Responsibility:

Our service in Liverpool is recruiting for the role of Data and Administration Lead. WithYou Liverpool is a treatment service based across the city in three hubs and community venues. We support people to engage in services and start their journey towards recovery. If you are looking to join a forward thinking, values-driven charity, we'd love to hear from you.

This role will work two days per week from our service in central Liverpool, with the remainder of the week working from home. As part of the interview process, you will be required to undergo a short Excel test.

This role will lead a data team of two Data Officers, working alongside the Head of Service Delivery to provide data support and assistance to the local team and wider organisation.

This role requires an analytical mind and an eye for detail, to enable you to produce reports and manipulate data from a variety of sources. The postholder will provide regular updates to local management and will get involved with a variety of projects across the service. You will also provide a comprehensive and efficient administrative, reception and secretarial function to the service. As part of your role, you will:

  • Gather activity data and information for the service and produce local monitoring reports as required
  • Ensure timely responses to data information requests as appropriate and in line with commissioner requirements
  • Devise and deliver training for new and existing staff to ensure teams are fully trained and compliant with data collection systems
  • Develop compliance and performance data reports to assist the service in improving efficiencies and outcomes

REQUIRED SKILLS

It's important that you are a team player and have a real passion for the impact that data can have on our service delivery. As well as this, we're looking for:

  • Knowledge and understanding of collating data and managing database packages
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite, particularly Excel
  • Demonstrable experience of working in an administrative role
  • A successful track record of delivering data-based training to groups and individuals
  • Able to interpret and present data in an appropriate way for different audiences
  • Experience of producing and collating performance reports
  • Excellent planning and time management skills
  • High degree of analytical and problem solving skills
