Job Responsibility:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Reservations Assistant to join the New Forest Hotels team based in Lyndhurst. You will join us on a permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a rate of up to£11.65 per hour.

Our Reservations Assistant will be:
- Taking hotel room, tabe and treatment reservations by phone, email and online.
- Processing, amending and updating event bookings as required.
- Support and attend exhibitions and showcase events
- Produce quotations and written confirmation to all clients
- Taking enquiries for weddings, events, and conferences by phone, agents or email.
Our ideal Reservations Assistant will bring:
- A practical and confident approach to problem-solving
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role or in a role dealing with customers over the phone
As our Reservations Assistant you will be:
- Friendly, confident and passionate about providing fantastic customer service to our guests
- A team player will and able to help out where needed and support colleagues
- A confident telephone manner
- Motivated by meeting targets and goals
- Available to work between the hours of 9am-5pm Monday to Saturday
