Job Responsibility:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the ambitious, friendly Infection Prevention Control team. The post holder will be primarily based in a hub and will provide a service across the University Health Board. They will provide a full range of administrative and clerical support duties to the Infection Prevention and Control Team. To provide clerical support to the Infection Prevention Control Team. To share infection prevention and control data as requested by the Infection Prevention Control Team. To support infection prevention and control meetings - arrange meetings, prepare papers, provide detailed minutes and circulate copies to appropriate members in a timely manner. To extract and collate information from the laboratory computer system and other clinical databases in order to assist Infection Prevention and Control Nurses to fulfil their roles. To arrange infection prevention and control training sessions as requested and award training competencies on ESR. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply. Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board is part of the NHS Wales family.
