Responsibilities and Duties

Sales and Customer Service

• Provide customers with honest professional advice on suitable equipment and clothing in-store, via email and over the phone
• Facilitating customer online orders including picking, processing, and packing
• Carrying out professional fitting services for both footwear and equipment
• Generating sales and catering to customer needs
• Assisting with online customer service queries both via email and telephone

Deliveries and Stock Management

• Assisting in receiving, handling and processing deliveries
• Organising, consolidating and labelling stock within the stockrooms

Visual Merchandising

• Assist in maintaining standards on the shop floor and for all displays and merchandise
• Keep the shop and all stock, clean and presentable at all times
• Replenish stock levels when needed, making sure the full-size range is on the shop floor where possible

Qualifications and Skills

• Interest in outdoor activities and/or snow sports essential
• Strong IT and computer skills
• Good organisational skills
• Confident and outgoing
• Effective selling skills
• Capable of interpreting customers' words and showing them products that meet their needs
• Willingness to become an expert on outdoor, skiing and climbing clothing and equipment.

• Competitive Salary Range: £21,000 P.A. (£10.10PH) to £25,000 P.A. (£12.02PH)
