Reporting to the Vice-President, Students and Corporate Services, we are seeking a visionary leader for the role of Head of Students and Corporate Services Operations. This pivotal position will drive the integration and enhancement of student and corporate services portfolio ensuring seamless, high-quality shared service delivery across the university. They will act as a key relationship manager across the institution leading positive change and provide expert advice and insight to decision-makers at all levels of the University on matters relating to Students and Corporate Services. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in managing shared services, a strategic approach to operational excellence, and exceptional leadership capabilities. The successful candidate must have, and your application should clearly demonstrate that you meet the following criteria: Qualifications
  • Educated to minimum of degree level or equivalent qualification.
Experience
  • Significant relevant experience in a senior leadership role within a large, complex organisation.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading change management in a higher education context to improve performance against targets and operational efficiency, bringing colleagues and stakeholders along as changes are established and embedded.
  • Demonstrable track record and evidence of leading the development and execution of multiple complex projects that provide business transformation while protecting business as usual activities.
  • Significant relevant experience at a senior level of building and leading teams that have delivered results within a higher education environment with clear evidence of staff engagement and motivation strategies.
  • Evidence of financial management and financial planning and monitoring activity at significant scale.
  • Experience in developing innovative solutions and the practical implementation of strategy which includes the positive engagement of staff teams to deliver against targets.
