Site Team Manager Northampton High SchoolRequired: ASAP
Contract: Permanent
Hours: All year, full-time 36 hours per week
Salary: GDST Regional Grade 4 £30,171 - £37,633 depending on experience Do you have experience of management and leading a successful team? If so, we would love to hear from you. We have a great management opportunity which involves coordinating the work of the Site Supervisors who provide general maintenance, caretaking and security service for the school and sports facilities, as well as managing our team of cleaning staff who provide a high quality cleaning service to the school. The successful candidate will have previous line management experience, ideally of 5+ direct reports, plus experience of managing rotas/working patterns and therefore used to the complexities of changing resource requirements. Good team building and leadership will be required, as well as a professional, approachable demeanour and willingness to 'roll up sleeves'. We pride ourselves on providing the highest level of customer service so the successful candidate will be conscientious, professional and reliable. Reporting into the Operations Manager, this is a full-time role in school with a typical working pattern of 11:00 - 19:00 Monday - Friday all year however this may be subject to change for Annual Leave cover and occasional weekend working may be required. Duties will include:
- Assigning work requests to the Site Supervisor team and monitoring completion.
- Designated key holder responsibilities.
- Supporting the Site Supervisor team with duties as needed.
- Management of the Cleaning team including recruitment, induction, development and training.
