Job Title: Community Pharmacy Training Content Developer and Moderator Lead
Salary and Benefits: Circa £40,000 plus company car and extensive benefits package
Location: Coleshill, Birmingham
Hours: Monday to Friday 09.00 - 17.15
As a Community Pharmacy Training Content Developer and Moderator Lead, you will be crucial to the success of our training initiatives. Your role will be central to our mission of preparing our pharmacy teams for the fast evolving landscape of community healthcare.
Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Design: Develop comprehensive training curricula that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Interactive Content Creation: Produce interactive modules, videos, and webinars that engage learners and enhance retention.
- Assessment Development: Construct evaluations and quizzes to measure learning outcomes and competency.
