Based in the heart of Beeston,Nottingham, MRZ Logistics UK is a fast growing and internationally operating logistics service company. We provide high quality distribution services end to end, working with sourcing and logistics partners to get stock to our Nottingham warehouse, storing stock safely and posting this out to customers worldwide.

The Role

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will support the Manager with the day to day running of the operations and warehouse department. You will undertake responsibilities in managing multiple warehouses and stock management duties for multiple international markets and distribute the inventory.

The main responsibilities are:

• Preparing and creating shipments to Amazon, wholesalers and individual customers
• Communicating to clients in China and other countries on a daily basis to arrange services
• Communicating with international suppliers, agencies and partners on a daily basis to arrange shipments etc
• Managing charge sheets and invoices
• Analyse and improve operations work processes
• Contribute in the continuous improvement of our performance and operations.
• Responsible for monthly stocktake procedures

Essential Requirements:

• Native or fluent in Mandarin and English – both verbal and written
• Bachelor degree or equivalent – ideally in Business Management or Logistics
• Solid warehouse and logistics experience
• Experience in managing team
• Confident and clear communicator
• Team player
• Can work using own initiative
• Great time management skills and ability to work efficiently
• Excellent organisational skills
• A flexible approach
• Good problem solving skills
• Advanced in Microsoft Office software including Word and Excel
• Customer service experience

Desirable:

• Warehouse management experience
• Experience in using WMS or ERP

Salary and Benefits: Salary depends on experiences. we have an attractive bonus scheme to reward good performance and the opportunity to progress. In addition, we offer flexible working and time off for your birthday.

Working hours: 40 hours per week. You will have flexibility in your hours of work

Parking: free onsite parking is available
