Job Responsibility:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Cloud Sepcialist to support the team on a three month fixed term contract. This is a home based role with 1 day per week in London (W1).

The role:

You will be joining the Hamptons Marketing Team. As Marketing Cloud Specialist, you'll take a strategic and hands-on approach, where you will be expected to help the marketing team to develop email and data strategies, carry out A/B and multivariate testing, support up to 40 marketing cloud users, to troubleshoot technical issues, streamline processes, report on campaign performance and work closely with multiple stakeholders.

You will be supporting with the following:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, mastering functionality across Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio.
  • Design, develop, and implement processes, flows, and automation to optimise marketing operations in order to achieve marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and other stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective multi-channel marketing campaigns utilizing the tools of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Perform data analysis and reporting to identify trends, measure campaign performance, and drive continuous improvements.
  • Provide end-user support and deliver training to ensure proper system utilisation to up to 40 marketing cloud users.

Skill, experience and qualifications required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification is a must.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL).
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, focusing strongly on Marketing Cloud.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customisation, and administration.
  • Solid understanding of data management, data modelling, and reporting within Salesforce/Marketing Cloud.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing insights.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will report to the Head of Marketing within the Hamptons team.
