Job Overview:

Training, Guidance and Support will be provided.

We are seeking a IT Support professional to join our team. The successful candidate will provide technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring smooth operation of computer systems and software.

Responsibilities:

– Provide IT support to clients via phone and email

– Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues

– Configure computer systems, software, and peripherals

– Maintain IT documentation and records within Helpdesk software.

– Collaborate with the IT team to escalate complex issues

– Ensure security measures are in place to protect data and systems

– Assist in the setup and maintenance of users and hardware

Requirements:

– Experience in IT support roles

– Proficiency in Help desk operations

– Strong customer service skills

– Familiarity with Windows 0365, Network security and General IT issues.

– Effective communication skills
