POSITION SUMMARY
The ideal candidate will have come from a New Build Developer or Estate Agency background, have previous experience working in sales progression and have a clear passion for what they do.
KEY COMPETENCIES
Experience working for a developer or Estate Agent and ability to competently progress sales from reservation to completion
- Knowledge of the Home Buying process
- Excellent telephone customer service skills, providing a customer first approach with the ability to handle challenging interactions
- Professional and pleasant manner in dealing with internal and external customers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Advanced IT skills, including Word, Excel, MS outlook
- Self-Disciplined with demonstrably good time management skills and the ability to manage a number of priorities and maintain excellent customer service at all times
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently and accurately under pressure, meeting targets in a demanding environment
- Ability to produce weekly reporting to Senior Management
MAIN DUTIES
Managing the sales progression of plot sales from reservation to completion and co-ordinating all necessary paperwork
- Liaising with internal and external teams to progress sales to exchange within a targeted timeframe
- Proactively and confidently communicate with the senior management team, update on sales progression and raise any concerns asap to ensure a solution can be implemented to avoid cancellations
- Ensuring customers have signed all the correct working drawings ahead of exchange of contracts
- Checking agreements, contracts, transfers, leases and getting documents signed, scanned and returned to solicitors
- Liaising with the sales and customer care management team on anticipated completion dates ahead of exchange of contracts on plots
- Communicate effectively verbally and written with customers, solicitors, estate agents and other internal and external parties as required
- Production and maintenance of reports to the Senior Management Team
Manage part exchange stock, dealing with the sales and progressing to completion
