WAREHOUSE AND TRADE COUNTER SALES APPRENITCE

Are you a school, College or Uni Leaver and looking to start a career with an apprenticeship? If the answer is yet then we are looking for you.

A fantastic opportunity to join the team at this Electrical Wholesalers in Birmingham. The candidates will start in the Warehouse and move to the trade counter serving customers and then onto the Sales office. We are looking for a candidate who wants to progress in the business and make a career.

The Apprentice will work in a small team within this electrical wholesale branch. After full training given your responsibilities will include:

• Managing stock in and out (to external clients) as well as in store transfers, stock control, picking and packing, recycling and completing the paperwork associated with a busy warehouse
• Picking and packing, goods in and out
• Process customer purchases/orders
• Liaising with other departments
• Customer payments/dealing with enquiries over the trade counter
• Sales calls to customers and suppliers
• Answering the telephone to customers and suppliers

Hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (1hr Lunch)

The Apprentice will be undertaking a Trade Supplier Lv2 Apprenticeship qualification alongside their workplace.

Candidates will need to complete an online company test before the interview and also need Grade 9-4 or A-C grades in Maths/ English.

Job Types: Full-time, ContractContract length: 24 months

Pay: £13,312.00-£23,795.20 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
