Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Remote Assistant who is a self-starter and proactive, with the ability to make decisions independently. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using Monday.com, Notion.com, and Excel, with exceptional communication skills to effectively manage and coordinate tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Monday.com, Notion.com, and Excel to manage tasks, projects, and workflows efficiently.
  • Work closely with the directors to support various administrative and operational tasks.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of activities.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Support other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience using Monday.com, Notion.com, and Excel to manage tasks and projects.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and make decisions proactively.
  • High level of initiative and resourcefulness.
  • Experience in recruitment and interviewing processes.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week
