Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our workshop. This is a key role that requires excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
The role is part time, with flexible working hours which will be agreed with you. It will be based at our facility in Sandy.
Responsibilities:
- Performing data entry tasks to update and maintain systems
- Raising purchase orders and sales orders
- Managing goods in and goods out within the warehouse
- Performing stock takes
- Assisting in event planning and coordination of staff
- Involved with customer communication
- Taking and making phone calls with customers and suppliers
- Creating documents to improve the efficiency of the day-to-day running of the business
There is the potential to (but not required):
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
- Raising and chasing invoices
- Procuring inventory
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Experience with data entry and computer systems
- Good knowledge of clerical procedures and protocols
