Job Description :

Due to expansion, we are seeking Junior Client Relationship Managers/Maintenance Coordinators to join our client’s solid, friendly, upbeat team. Candidates should be personable with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Successful candidates will be good team players, highly organized, self-managing, and adaptable to the business’s needs.

Job Duties and Qualities:

• Complete maintenance management of your assigned remit
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships and retention
• Problem-solving and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Working effectively both as part of a team and independently
• Demonstrating a drive to learn, grow, and contribute ideas for improvement
• Handling incoming inquiries, logging queries, and correspondence
• Scheduling property maintenance, repairs, and installations, and overseeing the entire maintenance process to completion
• Liaising with field-based engineers and office colleagues
• Demonstrating commercial and business awareness

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Background in property management or scheduled maintenance repairs
• Knowledge of plumbing and heating parts, as well as general maintenance, is an advantage
