Job Summary:We are currently seeking an Operational Support Grade to join our team. As an Operational Support Grade, you will play a vital role in providing operational assistance and support within our organisation. Duties:- Upsell products or services to customers- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently- Communicate effectively in English and Spanish- Analyse operational processes and provide recommendations for improvement- Maintain phone etiquette standards while interacting with customers- Utilise multilingual skills to assist a diverse customer base Experience:- Proficiency in English and Spanish languages- Bilingual proficiency is essential- Strong communication skills- Ability to analyse information effectively- Prior experience in data entry is advantageous- Familiarity with phone etiquette best practices Join our team as an Operational Support Grade to contribute to the smooth operation of our organisation while utilising your language skills and operational support expertise.
