Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in driving sales and achieving growth targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management and a passion for leading a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and achieve sales goals

– Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to ensure optimal performance

– Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth

– Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders

– Conduct regular performance evaluations to provide feedback and support for improvement

– Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings

– Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review

Experience:

– Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the industry

– Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team

– Excellent communication and negotiation skills

– In-depth knowledge of market research, sales strategies, and best practices

– Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets

– Experience in developing strategic sales plans and implementing them effectively
