Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The Team Supervisor will oversee and lead a group of employees, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and a positive work environment.

Duties:

– Supervise team members and provide guidance and support as needed- Monitor team performance and implement strategies to improve productivity- Coordinate work schedules and assignments- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates and goals- Address any issues or conflicts within the team promptly- Train new team members on company policies and procedures- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for team growth and success

Qualifications:

– Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Excellent problem-solving abilities- Ability to motivate and inspire team.

Job Type: Full-time
