The role As a Central Order Team Administrator, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You'll be an integral part of the central order team liaising with the customer to keep them informed and up to date, from the initial job acceptance or queries.

Day-to-day, you'll perform administration tasks to generate notifications on receipt of customer demand, receive and load all demand onto the system allowing the operational planners to plan work in.

  • Build close working relationships with operational support functions
  • Communicate effectively build close working relationships with customer representatives
  • Ensure all customer demands are added to the system promptly, accurately, and efficiently
  • Ensure all electronic job pack documentation for processes conducted is completed and uploaded to SharePoint

This role is full time, 37 hours per week and is based on site at Warminster.

Essential experience of the Central Order Team Administrator

  • Competent PC user - MS Office, MS Outlook, SharePoint
  • Ability to react to changing demands
  • Relate to both Client and Customer needs at all levels
  • Ability to multi-task

Qualifications for the Central Order Team Administrator

  • Educated to Level 2 in National Qualification Framework (NQF) as a minimum (GCSE grade C or above, level 1 National Vocational Qualification (NVQ), Level 1 diploma)
  • Driving licence
