About us: We at Diverna Magazine are dedicated to giving a voice to people of colour. We hope to create a network and community of talented individuals and we are based in Leeds. We are a non-profit organisation.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring efficient operation in our office. Working in administration you will be required to send emails to creatives in support of HR. This includes sending our consent form and interview questions which are vital to our magazine. You will also be reviewing these documents, as well as keeping up to date with our emails, to answer back to our creatives when sending any queries or content. You will then be required to send these files to the web and design teams for the purpose of making the magazine.

Duties:- Organise and schedule appointments- Maintain contact lists- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled issues- Develop and maintain a filing system- Submit and reconcile expense reports

Requirements:- Proven experience as an administrator, administrative assistant, or relevant role- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise work- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong organisational and planning skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:- Data entry experience- Knowledge of phone etiquette- Ability to type accurately and quickly- Familiarity with clerical procedures
