Job Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and ensuring efficient day-to-day functioning of the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out admin works as identified by Drain Department Manager.
- Carry out WINCAN CCTV reporting
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and handling correspondence
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records
- Manage filing systems and ensure proper documentation of important files
- Provide support to other team members as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with basic clerical procedures and office equipment operation
- Knowledge of data entry principles and practices
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
