Job Summary:
We are seeking a Group Support Coordinator to join our team. The Support Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative and organizational support to ensure the smooth operation of our office and salons. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and administrative skills, as well as proficiency in office software.
Duties:
- To assist the General Managers as required.
- Liaise with and maintain relationships with existing vendors and new suppliers.
- Assist with the weekly and monthly reports.
- Manage and maintain all salon rotas and holiday trackers
- Oversee salon inventory and purchasing.
- Support the HR function and manage HR records.
- Support with the hiring of new staff.
- Support the accounts team with information required for payroll.
- Maintain the salon booking and EPOS system.
- Manage the necessary health & safety, compliance and registrations for the salons.
- Ad hock reporting.
- Occasional support in salon to cover front desk sickness.
Qualifications:
– Strong organizational and administrative skills
– Proficiency in office software
– Excellent communication skills
– Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
– Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
