Busy accountancy practice requires an experienced Administrator to assist the Practice Manager
“`Duties“`
– Assist the Practice Manager with setting up new clients, obtaining ID, updating databases, workflows and other systems.
– Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, scanning, filing, and organizing documents
– Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
– Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person. Take coherent messages, communicate effectively with clients and ensure excellent customer service
– Greet visitors and offer refreshments
– Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
– Prepare correspondence using mail merge
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
– Maintain a clean and organized office environment
– Managing client records (using in-house tracking system).

– Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
– Excellent clerical skills, including typing and data entry
– Familiarity with administrative procedures and office management systems
– Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
