We are seeking a Junior Apprentice to join our team and gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment. This role offers the opportunity to develop essential skills and grow within the company.

Duties:

• Assist senior estate agents with property viewings, valuations, and negotiations.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential properties for listing.
• Assist in the preparation of marketing materials such as property listings, brochures, and online advertisements.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from clients, prospective buyers, and sellers via phone, email, and in person.
• Maintain accurate records of property listings, client interactions, and transactions.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing appointment schedules and organising property viewings.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient property transactions from listing to closing.

Qualifications:

• GCSE or equivalent Maths & English (Grade A-C or 4-9) desirable
• Applicant must have a full UK driving Licence & own car.

Salary, Hours and Benefits:

• £6.40 per hour
• 40 hours per week
• Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 15:30 (Half hour for lunch)
• Every Other Saturday: 09:00 – 15:30 The week in which you work on Saturday, you’ll be granted an additional weekday off, hours may increase, subject to discussion with the apprentice.
• Eligible for an NUS card for discounts in shops and restaurants

• Earn while you learn.

What Apprenticeship Training will you Receive?

The successful applicant will complete and obtain a Level 2 Junior Estate Agent Qualification through Learning Curve Group.

You will be taught through:

• 4-6 Weekly 1-2-1 Sessions with your tutor
• 6 weekly hours of Off The Job Training
• The course is a 15 month programme
