Junior Manager – Moksha Restaurant & Bar

We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Junior Manager to join our team at our exciting new Indian restaurant in the heart of Ashton-U-Lyne, Moksha. Moksha is a new Indo-Chinese restaurant opening in the heart of Ashton-U-Lyne. Combining traditional Indian cuisine with exciting Chinese flavours, accompanied by delectable cocktails and luxurious wines, Moksha is a unique dining experience you won’t want to miss.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Junior Manager, you will assist the Management team in daily tasks which will involve:

• Assisting in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant.
• Manage and train staff members to uphold excellent customer service standards.
• Ensure quality control in food preparation and presentation.
• Daily interaction with guests, handling general enquiries, bookings and feedback.
• Liaise with senior management to delegate and organise day to day tasks within the team.
• Maintain a clean and organised restaurant environment.
• Assist in cash handling and stock management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred, but not essential.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience within a management role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.10 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
