Company Overview:

Due to continued growth ORO Security, located in Sheffield, is seeking a dedicated and organised Small Works Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing efficient administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our service team. Additionally, you will assist the Operations Manager in delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Description – Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls from engineers and customers, addressing inquiries and providing assistance.
• Coordinate and order necessary parts for engineers as required.
• Schedule engineer visits by contacting customers and arranging appointments.
• Update internal systems with any necessary amendments and relevant information.
• Assist the Operations Manager with administrative tasks, such as placing subcontractor orders, quoting small works projects and on-site visits.
• Manage small works contracts, including processing new contracts for invoicing and scheduling engineers.
• Resolve customer disputes and process contract terminations.
• Working Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm).

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Strong background in administration, preferably with experience in a service or engineering setting.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent phone-based customer service skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work efficiently within deadlines.
• Proficient in using Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Keen attention to detail and effective multitasking abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary range of £30,000 to £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
• 25 days of annual leave, in addition to bank holidays. Increasing per year of service up to 28 days.
