Job Description :
As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in supporting and guiding our team. You’ll work collaboratively with colleagues, ensuring the smooth operation of our residential home. Your responsibilities will include:
- Support and Guidance:
- Provide professional support in relevant areas.
- Coordinate support functions and specialized activities.
- Offer advice, assistance, and mentorship to young people.
- Role Modeling and Empowerment:
- Act as a positive role model for young individuals.
- Address challenges and help them achieve their full potential.
- Operational Excellence:
- Understand our organization’s aims and objectives (TT2).
- Use practical knowledge and analytical skills to solve varied problems.
- Make independent decisions in unforeseen situations.
Performance Expectations
- Complete tasks to required standards, meeting deadlines.
- Oversee administrative tasks related to young people’s files and daily logs.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Collaborate within a team to achieve common goals.
- Manage budgets with integrity.
- Promote a positive reputation for our organization (TT2).
- Adhere to policies and procedures.
- Maintain appropriate boundaries with young people.
- Foster positive relationships within the team.
