Job Description :

As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in supporting and guiding our team. You’ll work collaboratively with colleagues, ensuring the smooth operation of our residential home. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support and Guidance:
  • Provide professional support in relevant areas.
  • Coordinate support functions and specialized activities.
  • Offer advice, assistance, and mentorship to young people.
  • Role Modeling and Empowerment:
  • Act as a positive role model for young individuals.
  • Address challenges and help them achieve their full potential.
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Understand our organization’s aims and objectives (TT2).
  • Use practical knowledge and analytical skills to solve varied problems.
  • Make independent decisions in unforeseen situations.

Performance Expectations

  • Complete tasks to required standards, meeting deadlines.
  • Oversee administrative tasks related to young people’s files and daily logs.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate within a team to achieve common goals.
  • Manage budgets with integrity.
  • Promote a positive reputation for our organization (TT2).
  • Adhere to policies and procedures.
  • Maintain appropriate boundaries with young people.
  • Foster positive relationships within the team.
