Are you a Nursery practitioner looking for your next step? Come and join our family! We are looking for an inspiring and experienced Level 3 Qualified Lead Nursery Teacher to join our team!

Each Peach is a beautiful nursery based in hove, with newly refurbished rooms and resources including an amazing discovery room. We have a wonderful staff team and are looking for a new part time Lead Teacher to join the family! This exciting role will see you as part as the amazing day to day experience of connecting with the children and their families and creating a nurturing and stimulating environment. You will lead your colleagues to plan stimulating and exciting activities to encourage the children’s learning and development, be an inspiring role model and set high expectations which motivate and challenge the little learners you care for.

You will:

• Build strong partnerships with parents and/or carers, colleagues and any professionals to meet the individual needs of the children
• Lead and inspire your team to deliver excellent care all day every day
• Provide a nurturing and stimulating environment within your room and prepare engaging activities for the children
• Support the Management team to maintain a positive, happy and safe environment within the nursery

You will have:

• A level 3 qualification in the early years
• A passion for childcare and making a difference
• A good knowledge of the early years
• Previous experience in a childcare environment
• A can-do attitude and a nurturing personality
