Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Recruitment Resourcer Apprentice. As a resourcer apprentice, you will be responsible for supporting the principal recruitment consultants in various tasks related to candidate management, database maintenance, and quality assurance compliance.

Typically, you’ll be carrying out these types of duties every day:

• Identify and attract top talent using various platforms.
• Promote job opportunities and engage with candidates on LinkedIn.
• Work with recruitment consultants to understand job requirements.
• Negotiate terms with contractors and freelancers.
• Respond to candidate inquiries and applications on LinkedIn.
• Answer phone calls and emails.
• Resolve queries quickly and professionally, ensuring good customer service.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Salary: £13,312.00 – £14,560.00
