Job Description :

Community Care Worker

Duties:- Provide direct care and support to individuals in the community- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation- Administer medications and monitor health conditions- Accompany individuals to appointments and outings- Assist with household chores and light housekeeping tasks- Document and report any changes in behavior or health status

Skills:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Compassionate and patient demeanor- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Knowledge of basic medical procedures and terminology is a plus
