Job Description :

Overview: This is for every Tuesday night shift.We are seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to residents in a care home setting, ensuring their well-being and comfort.

Responsibilities:- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team- Follow care plans to meet individual needs- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents- Help maintain a clean and safe environment for residents

Requirements:- Prior experience in home care or a care home setting is preferred but not essential- Ability to communicate effectively in English- Knowledge of basic IT skills for documentation purposes- Compassionate and empathetic nature towards the elderly- Ability to follow care plans accurately
