Background of department/role An excellent opportunity to join our friendly Course Support team co-ordinating and administering student academic support processes across undergraduate and postgraduate courses, working closely with our Faculty International Lead. To be successful in this role you will be, pro-active, able to work on your own initiative, with a solution focused approach. You will have strong excellent organisational skills, with an excellent eye for detail as well as being a team player, ideally with previous experience in course administration. You will be qualified to GCSE (or equivalent standard) and ideally have experience in course administration you must be able to demonstrate a pro-active approach and be flexible to changing needs of the role. How will you work? We are committed to supporting flexible methods of working wherever possible and this role is Flexible and connected (Professional Services). Campus attendance will vary on a day-to-day basis and across the year but must purposefully align to the needs of our students, staff, and stakeholders. It is expected that there will be a relatively even balance between time spent on and off campus; but in most cases the work location will be determined by the service required or the tasks/activities being undertaken.
