Job Description :

Job Summary:

This role is crucial to ensure that our Customer Service team are well equipped to provide excellent service to our customers. You will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing training material and fostering a positive learning environment.

Duties

Training new and existing staff on all Customer Service process and procedures.

Work with the Customer Service Management team to ensure all training materials are current and relevant.

Create and update the customer service team ‘how to’ training guides

Ensure the team training matrix is kept up to date.

Identify individual and team skills gaps

Call monitoring

Schedule regular training sessions

Assist the team with order processing during peak business periods

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

IT Literate – working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and Excel and ability to learn new systems

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Process driven and inquisitive in understanding why, what and how

Calm under pressure

Team player

Able to manage their own workload and prioritise appropriately

Experience

· Previous customer service experience

· GCSE passes in key subjects i.e. Maths, English

· Computer literate – proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Navision

· Numerate
