Job Description :
The Challenge:
Reporting to the Head of Technical Engineering, you will provide support to the Business Development Team with the management of the vehicles in build programme. Once all contract documentation has been signed by the customer, you will order all parts of the commercial vehicle and progress each stage through to completion and the vehicle entering service. You will liaise with all relevant suppliers both internally and externally to ensure the efficient vehicle delivery process. A proactive team player that will be able to work within a small, but busy team to enhance and develop processes and skills with other members of staff and senior management.
Main Responsibilities:
· Ordering all parts of the new vehicle including chassis, body, and ancillary equipment.
· Updating the VIPS tracker with all expected delivery dates.
· Progress chasing suppliers against agreed delivery dates.
· Advising internal and external customers on progress against agreed plan.
· When build is complete, arranging the pre-delivery inspection.
· Arranging delivery to the customer through Rental team.
· Finalising funding with the Finance team.
· Consistently communicating to all relevant parties within Alltruck.

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
